Coty’s team has launched a new fragrance, by Miu Miu Parfums — Miu Miu Twist. Actress Elle Fanning stars in the ad campaign. 

Miu Miu Twist was created through an alchemic process, the brand states, “wherein familiar elements combine to create ecstatic sensations.”

Fashion designer Miuccia Prada collaborated with Perfumer Daniela Andrier to create Twist, which is a second hero formula for Miu Miu Parfums, and is meant to “follow the spirit of the Miu Miu girl.”

The juice starts with an assertive sparkle of Vert de Bergamot and Apple Blossom that gives way to a full base of Cedar Wood and an exclusive new Accord: The Pink Amber.

Andrier invented the Pink Amber accord, which is described as “layers in a woodiness reminiscent of burnt sugar cane cutting through crisp air, or a ‘Miu-sical’ laugh in the midst of a stately affair.”

The Miu Miu Twist Bottle

The Miu Miu Twist bottle is a new take on a classic vintage perfume flacon. The brand says it is “a twisted take on the brand’s signature matelassé material, rendered in high contrast.”

The design combines modern art influences with the “flamboyant elegance of boudoir accessories.” The bottle is adorned with a gold Miu Miu-branded collar under the cap.

The bottle sits perched on an opulently studded, weighted, oversized, square glass base.

The look is “a timeless, outspoken glamour that is at once self-assured and self-effacing – in other words, quintessentially Miu Miu,” the brand states.
